Getting to Sea of Dreams

We strongly encourage you to take public or alternate means of transportation. MUNI and BART stop at Civic Center station which is just a short walk to the venue. Please see our Directions page for more info on public transportation, bicycling or driving to the event.

Tickets

Bring your ticket! If you have not received your ticket, please check if you selected the PRINT-AT-HOME option. If you do not have a printer, ask a friend or visit a local library to print one page for ten cents.

We can also scan MOBILE TICKETS. Pull up your eTicket:

2) Select your order
3) Bookmark your ticket

Food

VIP’s will get complementary tapas provided by Presidio Pizza. BBC will also run several food booths as well. YES you can pack a bag lunch. No drinks, bottles cans or otherwise, however. Empty, clear plastic water bottles are ok.

Bars

This is an 18+ event, so EVERYONE who intends on drinking will be carefully carded and wristbanded. There are numerous bars throughout the venue, serving the full range of beverages until 2am, and non‐alcoholic drinks until closing.

ATMs

There will be a number of ATMs located at the venue.

Security/Safety

Our primary goal is to create a safe and secure environment for all festival attendees. To ensure this, there will be on-site security provided by local police and private security companies. If you’re experiencing any problems whatsoever, locate a festival staff member, security guard, or police officer.

Medical

Rock Medicine will be on-site to help you with any type of medical problem. If you need assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for a police officer or festival staff member. Rock Medicine has been providing medical services at concerts for 35 years.

- Illegal/unauthorized vending
- Illegal substances and/or drug paraphernalia
- Glass containers
- Video cameras, SLR (must have press pass)
- Weapons, firearms, explosives, etc
- Outside Food or Beverage
- Flyers/handbills/marketing materials
- Instruments
- Hula hoops
- Toys that will hinder other patrons experiences
