Less than a month out, here are some quick updates…

1) CIRCUS & PERFORMANCE LINEUP ANNOUNCED: Our CirQualarious! army of circus and performance artists has been announced and the lineup has more diversity and out-of-town talent than ever before. 4) PRINTED HARD COPY TICKETS: These are available at our outlets NOW. HARD VIP TICKETS will be at Distractions and Streetlight (SF only) by this weekend. Prices will go up in the stores simultaneously with the online hike on December 15.

5) BOX OFFICE/ENTRANCE REDESIGNED: Much has been done to make sure the entrance breakdowns of last year are not repeated. We held ourselves fully accountable and made fixing this problem one of our top goals this year. Hopefully, with your cooperation (show up EARLY! - Doors open at 8pm), we can make your arrival into the NYE friction-free.

Among the important changes there will be..

= NO WILL CALL - so PLEASE DONT lose your Print-at-Home tickets.

= TRIPLE THE SPACE - The entrance area has been tripled, to give us the space we needed to revamp the entrance. This has allowed us to set up a simple, streamlined barricade system that can accommodate up to 1000 people at once and 4000 people/hour. This is four times what we could handle last year.

= DOUBLE STAFF - We doubled the amount of security, scanning, and customer service staff to try to help you get in quickly and with minimal hassle. There will be as many as 8 lines running and an express lane for VIP.

= METROWIZE- Local box office experts Metrowize (who successfully handled 8000 (all Will Call) entrants at the Skillz event at the Civic Aud. on LoveFest will be managing the process for us this year. Their expertise and perspective is already paying BIG dividends.

PLEASE HELP US HELP YOU BY GETTING THERE EARLY! Doors open at 8pm. Please make the most of this fabulous event by arriving before 10pm.
