Hard Copy Tickets (General Admission only for now) will be available SOON in person at the following outlets. VIP hard copy tickets available at Street Light (SF only) and at Distractions...SOON!

:: SCALPER WARNING : If you are buying tickets at the event, DO NOT purchase them from scalpers or anyone on the street. These are almost ALWAYS counterfeits. They will be rejected at the door and you will get NO refund for your losses.

:: Ticketing and Box Office Management:

We made the changes that had to be done at the door last year, and the result was compliments instead of complaints. This year we aim to make the door process even better, and are taking every precaution to ensure that the fun begins upon your arrival. Please read what follows below.

We would of course highly recommend that you and your friends CONSIDER ARRIVING EARLY THIS YEAR. We are opening the DOORS @ 9PM. There will be so much going on, that we strongly advise getting there early so that you can relax, settle in and explore before the crowds start to happen.

1:  OUR TICKETING AND FULFILLMENT PARTNERS: Once again, we are very happy to have ticketing and box office management for Sea of Dreams 2010 being handled by national ticketing aces Eventbrite and San Francisco marketing and fulfillment experts Metrowize. Eventbrite handles more than 1 million orders per year and their local partnership with Metrowize has been extremely successful.

2: NO WILL CALL. All tickets will be PRINT AT HOME or IN-STORE PURCHASE. This has worked very well in the past and we see no downside to eliminating will-call altogether. This will drastically improve your experience in entering the venue by allowing us to focus all of our attention on scanning and customer service, and none on looking up names. 95% of the customer service issues we dealt with two years ago were related to will-call. This will also help us eliminate fraud as all tickets will be bar-coded and scanned for entry.

3: FRONT OF HOUSE LAYOUT: We will use the layout for entry at Sea of Dreams 2011 which worked so well last year. It will be even larger, more spread out, better secured and safer. We will have more information on this as we get closer to the event, but for now we can guarantee we will have more signage, more security, more staffing and more area to relieve pressure from that seemingly unavoidable 11pm rush that seems to hit every year.
