| While she was part of Carpetbag Brigade, Anastazia Louise created BAD UNKL SISTA as a more personal vehicle for performance, visual art, costume and clothing design. Through the use of couture costumes, physical theater, butoh and site specific installation work, Anastazia creates fantastical otherworldly characters and environments used as pathways for probing into the human internal landscape. The characters she creates are not human and are not confined to the limited human thought forms. Since moving to San Francisco in 2006, Bad Unkl Sista has performed and designed for SF SupperClub, Maker's Faire, The Crucible, L.A.
