| Surya Dub is the next level in Global Dubwize Vibes and Dread Bass Culture. On a mission to unite all dubwize communities from Roots Reggae to Dubstep and Raga to Dread Bass Breakbeat and Drum'n'Bass to Bhangra, South Asian and Global Bass Beat Bizness, Surya Dub is blazing up the underground. Originating from ancient Sanskrit, 'Surya' means Sun or Solar and with this energy and the bass heavy aesthetic of Dub, this project comes roaring. Their crew is made up of top-ranking selectas and producers who combine musical diversity with dancefloor sensibilities. The monthly Surya Dub party at Club Six recently was honored with "BEST CLUB NIGHT" in the SF Weekly Music Awards and is among the most popular and progressive dance nights in the city.
